At Advit Veda Wellness Care Center, we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic products and services. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
We do not entertain refunds or accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect, breakage during transit, or tampering with our products.
No refund will be provided if the customer is not satisfied after using the product.
No refund will be made if goods are rejected by customs or due to failed delivery attempts.
No refund will be provided if the patient refuses to accept the delivery.
Products will be replaced only if the items delivered are different from the prescribed or described products.
If the package appears tampered with, leaking, or damaged, please do not accept the parcel and immediately inform our Service Department via phone or email.
In case of any concern, our Service Department will contact you within 24 hours to provide a resolution.
